All Key Individuals and Sole Proprietors who are responsible for managing and overseeing a business relating to the rendering financial services for FSPs in Category I, II, IIA, III and IV are required to write this exam

The RE1 Exam is a competence requirement in terms of the fit and proper regulations of the FAIS Act.

This eComply RE1 Programme is designed to serve as an Exam Readiness Programme and highlights all the tasks, qualifying criteria and knowledge or skills required to enable you to write and pass your RE1 exam.

This programme provides learning content linked to the tasks and qualifying criteria as stipulated by Board Notice 194 of 2017 and the FAIS Act.

This Programme contains learning content which includes task and knowledge or skills criteria, reference to relevant legislation, additional resources including articles and videos, learning activities and short assessments.
