This RE3 Exam Readiness Programme applies to FSPs and Key Individuals In Categories II (Discretionary FSPs) and IIA (Hedge Fund FSPs) and focuses specifically on the Code of Conduct applicable to Category II and IIA.
This Programme is designed to serve as an Exam Readiness Programme and highlights all the tasks, qualifying criteria and knowledge or skills required to enable you to write and pass your RE3 exam. This programme provides learning content linked to the tasks and qualifying criteria as stipulated by Board Notice 194 of 2017 and the FAIS Act.
This Programme contains learning content which includes task and knowledge or skills criteria, reference to relevant legislation, additional resources including articles and videos, learning activities and short assessments.
The content allows you to learn in a variety of ways and is designed to be self-paced, which means that you can follow your learning programme to fit in with your work and life demands.
